I chose the course because I wanted to gain practical administrative skills, the course certainly achieved this and went above and beyond my expectations.

The F4 function key does a multitude of things. In Internet Explorer it opens the address bar so that you can see the History; in Excel it applies absolute cell referencing to the last cell reference that you typed in; in Word it repeats your last action and in all programs Alt+F4 will close the active window
