A short refresher of your business and IT skills – and a fast-track to a new career!
This course is designed for those whose career skills have become a little rusty, and possibly have had a career break but are now looking to get back into the job market. It can also be for people who have had a career but are now looking to completely change their career and need business and IT skills in order to do this.
Course Content
The course combines three key elements:- Training in the range of IT used in the office environment, including essential software such as electronic diary management.
- Training in a variety of aspects of management theory and performance techniques.
- Training and, crucially, practical support in the process of securing the right career including Myers Briggs Personality Profiling.
Personal and Career Development:
All students follow a job search programme which includes CV analysis, interview technique and help with the job application process. Students are introduced to recruitment agencies and companies as a means of securing employment.
