A professional and established central Oxford company is looking for a new team member to provide a variety of administrative and secretarial support to their small office.

You will ideally have 2 years administrative experience in a customer facing role and have strong IT and copy/audio typing skills.  The role will involve fielding incoming calls, report writing and adding photos and other relevant information to the database. The role requires you to be detail oriented with proven planning and organisational skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels. You must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and shoulde be able to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation. The position would suit a good all-rounder who enjoys a varied administrative role within a customer focused, fast paced environment.
